Welcome

To the June issue of Ballincollig Health & Wellbeing. We are coming to that time of year again when students are doing exams and the younger ones are looking forward to the summer holidays. In our June issue last year, we featured “Health & Wellbeing at Exam Time”. If you have a teenager in the house going through exams this year and you would like some support for them or yourself, you can download the June issue and all our past issues on our website. The website address is www.healthandwellbeingmagazine.i.e and the fantastic thing about our magazines is that the information, whether from last year or last month is still relevant and the practitioners are on your doorstep and only a phone call away.

This month we are featuring children’s health in general. We want to connect you with the people that can help you should your child have an issue in a broad range of areas. As a Mum of two myself I am aware of how things can crop up with kids and as parents we want to be able to solve or fix the issues; but sometimes we cannot do this alone and that is the time when we need to call on someone to help; the challenge however is finding “Who” can help. The team are the magazine are here to help you with whatever you need; between them they will able to give you the strategies or solutions.

As always, this issue is packed full of fantastic information; so, take the time to sit down and read the articles, you never know when the issue might be relevant to you or someone in your life. Empower yourself with information so that you can make informed, positive choices about your and your family’s health.
