Welcome
to the November issue of Ballincollig Health & Wellbeing. We are already at our second last issue of the year. We were delighted to be one of the sponsors of the Mind, Body Experience, in Cork City Hall on the 12th and 13th of October. It was a wonderful weekend with a very busy footfall across both days. The classes, workshops and talks were all well attended. It was humbling the amount of people across Cork City and County that know of and enjoy our local community-based magazine. It seems to be reaching people far and wide and they are gaining much valuable information from it.
Thanks to our cover feature this month, Liadh Fitzgerald, of Fertility Health Clinic; a nutritionally focused and science-based clinic who support their clients nutritionally, emotionally and physically with the aim of optimising reproductive health and IVF-success. Read all about this amazing service on page 3.
Our special feature this month is diabetes; our team offer strategies and information across their professional fields to help you and support you in your journey. You need never feel alone or hopeless in your journey. There is always someone that can help – it is just a matter of reaching out. All the team here at the magazine are qualified, professional and local and are only too delighted to talk to you, should you need help, support or advice.
