I think as Winter approaches, but also important at any stage of the year is establishing and maintaining balance in our lives. It is important because it influences our health and wellbeing in a positive way. The steps we take daily are what make a difference to our health in the long term. A date for your diary is OCTOBER 9th at the Resource Ctr, when they will be hosting a morning in conjunction with Cork Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest, from 11am to 1pm. Come along and meet the many people and services in the community that can help you with health and wellbeing.
Another date for the diary is OCTOBER 12th & 13th – for the Mind, Body Experience in the City Hall. We are proud sponsors of this event and love being a part of it also. Come along and see our stand where we represent health and wellbeing in Ballincollig. Claire Dunniece of Cork Yoga with Claire will be there and will be teaching FREE classes on both days. I will also be there and giving a talk on “Ditch Dieting & Overcome Overeating” on the Saturday afternoon. There are a huge number of interesting stands to be visited, tasty food stalls and many talks & workshops going on.
There are many services and practitioners that are not far away that can help you with whatever challenges or struggles you face and/or help you enhance and care for your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
