Walking in nature is proven to be even more beneficial. Our organised off-road walks are held in different and beautiful places each week with historical, natural or archaeological interest.
The fear of holding others up often prevents people from joining a group. Our walks are non-competitive and members can choose their own level – up to 5k, up to 10k and up to 20k including hill-walking.
The pace is chosen to suit each particular group.
Small-group walks are held at a variety of times to cater for busy lives including mornings, evenings and at weekends with bespoke tours designed for groups.
