To the September issue of East Cork Health & Wellbeing. We hope you had a wonderful summer and are recharged after the wonderful sunshine we had. As we head into the Autumn it is important to remember to carry on with self-care. The long, bright warm days are a fantastic tonic but as we head towards the winter, it is vital to take time for ourselves and not let everything else take priority over our own health and wellbeing. It is not selfish to look after you; think about how much use you would be if you were not at your best. If you need to give to others, you need to give to you as well. There are many professional and passionate people and services in our local community just waiting to help.
Our feature this month is Men’s Health; there are many, many practitioners and services in the community to help with mental, emotional, and physical issues that men may experience. Whatever you are experiencing or struggling with, remember, do not suffer; there is always someone that can help. And the wonderful thing is, as you will see from this magazine is that help is not far away. There is a wonderful community of health and wellbeing professionals; all qualified, insured and passionate, on your doorstep and eager to help you. No matter what you are feeling or for how long, remember there are always options. Everything does not work for everyone but don’t give up if you have not found a strategy or solution that works for you; just try another. There is always someone that can help.Download Magazine Edition
