This summer I am travelling constantly as I lead my group retreats in Poland and Spain. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while away from home is challenging but not impossible! It can be difficult to fit in when you are out of your daily routine but yoga is not restricted to the confines of our studios and classrooms.
We can literally practice yoga anywhere and being outdoors adds a special dynamic. Why not take your yoga somewhere new this summer– your garden, the park or the beach? Salute the sun or just breathe a little deeper as you soak up the nature that surrounds us.
